Genetic Testing (GeneSight)
GeneSight Psychotropic is a pharmacogenomic test that analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. The results of the test can inform your provider about genes that may impact how you metabolize or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.

Psychiatric Evaluation
60 minute comprehensive assessment to discuss past and current psychiatry history, medical history, and social history. This evaluation will determine the appropriate treatment and care for each unique individual, which can take 2 appointments. Once a treatment plan is established, a follow-up/medication management visit will be scheduled.
Medication Management
30 minute follow up appointment to review current symptoms and update the treatment plan as needed. Frequency of appointments is determined by your provider based on your needs. Collection of labs and various referrals may also be recommended at this time. For any scheduling questions or concerns, please call or email through the secure patient portal.

Cancellation/Late fee
Missed appointments
- There is a $150.00 fee charged for any missed appointments or late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice). The credit card on file will be charged for a missed appointment.
- Please note that insurance companies will not reimburse for missed or canceled appointments.
- If you are late for your scheduled session, your session will end on time and you are responsible for the full payment.
