About Us

Sofia first received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Connecticut to which she spent seven years working as a Registered Nurse in the greater New Haven area. Always seeking a greater challenge, Sofia then went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of St. Joseph's.  Sofia believes that her compassion, empathy and treatment of each patient as a unique individual are her biggest strengths within her practice. She continues to work with patients, providing medication management along with therapeutic techniques to help individuals create a balance in life. 

 Heather is a lifelong learner and holds her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Master’s of Nursing Education, Post-Master’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Certificate, and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Psychology. Heather has been a Registered Nurse for over twenty-five years and has worked in hospitals, schools, private practices, and community health settings. She provides medication management and therapeutic strategies to assist her clients. Heather values providing a supportive, compassionate, and trusting environment while partnering with clients to help them achieve their unique individual mental health goals.
